How to book

We realize you are probably here to get an idea of how much everything costs.

So to start, the pricing of our packages begin at 2600 and we also have cheaper packages more suitable for elopements and small ceremonies.

All packages come with two photographers, digital files, an heirloom quality album and an online gallery.

But finding a photographer comes down to a lot more than numbers. We also understand that this process of finding a photographer is probably all new for you. So we want to break things down and make them as simple as possible.

Below is what you can expect of us from the time you first contact us all the way until we deliver your wedding images.

Step 1

First things first, you need to know if we are even available for your date. So fill out our contact and let us know you are interested. We will get back to you if we are free or not! If we are free, we want to chat with you. We love to meet couples in person over drinks or coffee, but if you’re from out of town or just super busy, we can always set up a phone call.

Step 2

Set up a meeting or call. This is where we get to learn more about your wedding and what you’re looking for. We will also go over who we are, how we shoot, what you can get, how much everything costs, as well as payment plans and options. The reason we don’t simply send you a list of prices is that this normally just leaves couples with more questions than answers. And unanswered questions just causes more stress. We don't want that.

Step 3

After our meeting, if you want to move forward, then its time to book! YAY! For this, you simply let us know you want to move forward and we will send you a contract and invoice. The contract will all be done online so you can simply sign and send it back from your phone. This will also be the time we talk about booking any engagement sessions, pre-wedding bridal sessions, or adventure sessions!

Step 4

A few months before the wedding we will send you a questionnaire. This will be all the pertinent details we may need for the wedding day. Double-checking locations, start times, getting additional contact info, etc. Don’t worry, if you don’t have all the details when we send the form, you can access things at any time to update and add info as you get it.

Step 5

One week before the wedding we will ask for your wedding day timeline. This is the order of events as well as when everything is happening. Your wedding planner will help you with this, but if you are doing this on your own, we have great resources for you to use and we can help you get things finalized as well.

Step 6

It’s wedding time!!! All you do here is relax and enjoy the day. We will show up and do what we do best. We get stopped by guests at every wedding to compliment us on how hard we have been working. So you can be assured that if there are moments happening, we are doing everything we can to capture them for you.

Step 7

Image reveal party!! This happens 4 to 8 weeks after the wedding and we will meet together to reveal your images for the first time. If this is done in person, we will have drinks, treats, laughs and even tears of joy together. We will also finalize the design of your wedding album!

Step 8

Now that you have gone through the entire wedding photography experience with us, its now time to start telling all your friends so we can hang out at future weddings!!

Καταλαβαίνουμε ότι πιθανόν βρίσκεστε εδώ για να πάρετε μια ιδέα σχετικά με το κόστος. Οπότε, για αρχή, τα πακέτα μας ξεκινούν από 2600 ευρώ, ενώ προσφέρουμε και οικονομικότερες επιλογές, πιο κατάλληλες για elopements (ιδιωτικούς γάμους) ή μικρές τελετές. Όλα τα πακέτα περιλαμβάνουν δύο φωτογράφους, ψηφιακά αρχεία, ένα άλμπουμ υψηλής ποιότητας και online gallery. Όμως, η επιλογή φωτογράφου δεν έχει να κάνει μόνο με αριθμούς. Κατανοούμε επίσης ότι η όλη διαδικασία της εύρεσης φωτογράφου είναι πιθανόν κάτι καινούργιο για εσάς. Γι’ αυτό θέλουμε να τα εξηγήσουμε όλα με απλό και κατανοητό τρόπο. Παρακάτω μπορείτε να δείτε τι να περιμένετε από εμάς — από τη στιγμή που θα επικοινωνήσετε, μέχρι την παράδοση των φωτογραφιών του γάμου σας:

Βήμα 1 – Πρώτη Επικοινωνία Αρχικά, πρέπει να δούμε αν είμαστε διαθέσιμοι για την ημερομηνία του γάμου σας. Συμπληρώστε τη φόρμα επικοινωνίας και ενημερώστε μας ότι ενδιαφέρεστε. Θα σας απαντήσουμε το συντομότερο, είτε είμαστε διαθέσιμοι είτε όχι. Αν είμαστε, τότε θα θέλαμε να σας γνωρίσουμε! Μας αρέσει να συναντάμε τα ζευγάρια από κοντά για έναν καφέ ή ένα ποτό, αλλά αν είστε εκτός πόλης ή απλά πολύ απασχολημένοι, μπορούμε πάντα να κάνουμε μια τηλεφωνική κλήση ή βιντεοκλήση.

Βήμα 2 – Συνάντηση ή Κλήση Σε αυτό το στάδιο μαθαίνουμε περισσότερα για εσάς, το γάμο σας και το τι αναζητάτε. Θα σας εξηγήσουμε ποιοι είμαστε, πώς δουλεύουμε, τι μπορείτε να λάβετε, πόσο κοστίζει κάθε επιλογή, καθώς και τους διαθέσιμους τρόπους πληρωμής. Δεν στέλνουμε απλώς μια λίστα με τιμές, γιατί αυτό συνήθως δημιουργεί περισσότερες απορίες και επιπλέον άγχος. Και δεν το θέλουμε αυτό για εσάς.

Βήμα 3 – Κράτηση Αν μετά τη συνάντησή μας θέλετε να προχωρήσουμε, τότε ήρθε η ώρα για την κράτηση! Μας ενημερώνετε ότι θέλετε να συνεχίσουμε, και σας στέλνουμε συμβόλαιο και τιμολόγιο. Όλα γίνονται ηλεκτρονικά, ώστε να μπορείτε να υπογράψετε και να μας το στείλετε από το κινητό σας. Σε αυτό το σημείο μπορούμε επίσης να κανονίσουμε pre-wedding, engagement ή adventure sessions, αν το επιθυμείτε.

Βήμα 4 – Ερωτηματολόγιο Λίγους μήνες πριν το γάμο, θα σας στείλουμε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες που θα χρειαστούμε για την ημέρα. Θα περιλαμβάνει τοποθεσίες, ώρες έναρξης, στοιχεία επικοινωνίας κ.ά. Μην ανησυχείτε αν δεν έχετε όλα τα στοιχεία έτοιμα – μπορείτε να ενημερώνετε το ερωτηματολόγιο σταδιακά.

Βήμα 5 – Χρονοδιάγραμμα Μία εβδομάδα πριν το γάμο, θα σας ζητήσουμε το χρονοδιάγραμμα της ημέρας. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει τη σειρά των γεγονότων και τις ώρες. Ο/η wedding planner σας μπορεί να σας βοηθήσει, αλλά αν οργανώνετε μόνοι σας, έχουμε υλικό και παραδείγματα για να σας καθοδηγήσουμε.

Βήμα 6 – Ημέρα του Γάμου Ώρα για γιορτή! Εσείς απλώς χαλαρώστε και απολαύστε τη μέρα. Εμείς θα είμαστε εκεί, δίνοντας τον καλύτερό μας εαυτό. Σε κάθε γάμο, οι καλεσμένοι μας πλησιάζουν για να μας πουν πόσο σκληρά δουλεύουμε — να είστε σίγουροι ότι, αν κάτι όμορφο συμβαίνει, εμείς το καταγράφουμε.

Βήμα 7 – Η Παρουσίαση των Φωτογραφιών Αυτό γίνεται 4 έως 8 εβδομάδες μετά το γάμο. Συναντιόμαστε (αν γίνεται από κοντά) για να δείτε τις φωτογραφίες σας για πρώτη φορά. Με κρασάκι, γλυκά, γέλια και – συχνά – δάκρυα χαράς. Μαζί θα ολοκληρώσουμε και τον σχεδιασμό του γάμου άλμπουμ σας.

Βήμα 8 – Μοιραστείτε την Εμπειρία Αφού ζήσατε μαζί μας ολόκληρη την εμπειρία φωτογράφισης του γάμου σας, ήρθε η ώρα να μας συστήσετε στους φίλους σας — για να σας ξαναδούμε σε μελλοντικούς γάμους!
